Who We are ?

We specially remember the date 16 July 1996, as it is the birthday of the school. Also we remember the date 15th October, as the patroness' day of our school. Being run by the Catholic Minority its primary purpose is to provide a good all round education for Catholic boys and girls; however non-catholic children are also admitted without any consideration of caste, creed and status. While keeping the Christian character of the institution, our school considers it as a duty to respect the religious beliefs of its other pupils. We celebrate in our school all the major feasts of different religions.

Vision & Mission

ST. Pius School, Sheopur is operated under the auspices of the Discalced Carmelite fathers of Manjummel Province, run by St. Pius X Trust, in the Diocese of Sheopur and admits all the students of any religion, race, language, sex, culture and state. Our mission is to bring the teachings and values of the Gospel to the children and thereby to the families that make our school community. In doing so we meet the needs of the total person: intellectual, social, emotional, physical and spiritual which will enable them to become worthy citizens of tomorrow. While we recognize the role of the parents as the primary educator, we believe that the school exists to foster knowledge and love of God and neighbour. Our school community is ethically diverse and we approach all learning holistically and with a variety of teaching strategies that will encompass different culture and learning styles. Learning is the way of fetching perfection in our life. With St. Teresa of Avila as our Patroness, we continually strive to achieve academic perfection.
